Best Yucca Did Not Bloom This Year

My best yucca that always bloomed before looks smaller and sick this year. There seems to be about 3 parts of it now.

Yuccas bloom intermittently. It is just a waiting game and there is not much that can be done to make them bloom. If the plant is looking sickly, it may be lacking something. Give it a dose of fertilizer and see if it improves. If this is not the case, then it may have a fungus. Treat with fungicide.
