Bell peppers

One of my bigger plants was snapped off at the bottom. It has about 9-10 peppers starting to bloom. Can it be saved?

Unfortunately, the part that broke off will die. If you leave it as is, it will most likely attract pests or disease, so I would remove the broken piece.
