Baby peaches have spots and jelly substance

I have a peach tree 3 1/2 years old. Last year I lost all the fruit due to an insect or condition that has spots on the fruit with a jelly substance coming out.

Your tree likely has Plum curculio infestation.
Peach Trees can be infested with this beetle.
