Azalea Lace Bugs

Looking for an animal safe remedy for a heavy infestation two shrubs. What is Insecticidal Soap and is it non-toxic? Thanks in anticipation of an eradication reply.

Insecticidal soaps have several advantages over pesticides in that they leave no nasty residue, are natural and, therefore, non-toxic to animals and birds and do not harm beneficial insects.
