Avocado Leaf Issues

Hi. I have a about 3 year old avocado tree that I grew myself from seed. It’s been doing pretty well until recently. Whenever it sprouts new leaves they always look nice and healthy at first, but after a week or so, the start to crumble and die at the tips. I recently repotted it in a new pot with drainage (since the last one did not have any), but after a months time, I still see no changes. Idk if I just need to be patient, or if there’s something else wrong. Thank you in advance
