At What Stage Can You Get Seeds From Your Ajuga Plant?

I’ve only seen how to propagate by root or clipping babies or planting seeds but not where or when to get the seeds from existing plants.

The seeds will turn brown when ripe and can be found under the flower calyx, the green, outer support of the flower. There aren't any pods. Watch for them to ripen in late summer or fall.
