Asiatic lily bulbs starlette

I bought these last year. When they came up this year the where yellow with just little purple dots. Is this normal for the plant to look like this the first year.

It’s difficult to say without seeing the plant and flowers.
The bulbs could have been miss labeled or the plant may be stressed or be suffering damage from pests or disease.
