Are These 2 Fungus/Moulds On My Grapevine Anything To Worry About

My vine is about 20 years old. It bears about 70-90KG of fruit each year. Unfortunately not very edible as they are full of big pips, which makes eating them disappointing. However I’m just worried about all of this mould on the branches

The growth on your vines look harmless. It looks like moss and lichen. Here is more about them:
