are my queen palms poisoned

I had three queen palms and they seem to be dying one a year. First, the leaf ends are white, then the new sprouts are green, then suddenly it turns white and the leaves keep turning whiter.

My research shows that there is a state wide fungus issue of Fusarium Wilt with Queen Palms in the state of Florida.
