In viewing research, I found so many different scientific names for the same common name of Star Jasmine. Some said the berries were toxic, some said the leaves, some said Jasmine was non-toxic.
You would need to know exactly which type you have. In the article below, the species is Jasminium species in the Family: Mimosaceae.
