I LIVE IN PASADENA CA MY APRICOT TRE BLOOMED EARLY DUE TO HEATWAVE THE IT RAINED HEAVY AND THE TWO WEEK COLD SPELL IE 50 DEGREES NO MORE FLOWERS WILL I GET FRUIT

Not likely. It is worth noting that you are well outside of the hardiness zone for the tree. Some are marketed to warm climate areas, but these can be difficult to find. Because of the chilling hours required, it is likely that your area will not fruit well, if at all. If anything disturbs bloom drop for the year, then it is not likely to fruit.
