Apples Disease

Can anyone know what is this problem and how can I prevent it to happen again? All the apples on the two trees are having this problem. When you slice the apple the black stuff goes all the way to the core . I’ll appreciate any advice

It appears to be apple scab! Unfortunately, this is a hard to control disease. This article will offer some insight:
