Annoying Weeds

I have these tree-like weeds that are growing rapidly through my rose bushes and stunting their growth. They’re extremely hard to pull out and I don’t want to spray anything on them that may kill my roses. I tried to identify the weed, and it might be goutweed.

Can you please send us a picture of your weed so that we can take a look and identify the weed? Identifying the weed will influence what recommendations we make regarding dealing with it.
