Amaryllis After They Bloom

I have a beautiful pink Amaryllis. It has six blooms on one stalk this year and it’s had babies for the last few years. The blooms are wilting now after it blooms for a long time. Its seeds are still green. What am I to do with them? They will turn black soon, so I want to know if I should take the blooms off when they start wilting or DYING on the stalk.

If you don’t want seeds, remove the blooms as they fade. Making sure it does not go to seed will make for larger blooms in the future as it will focus energy on blooms instead of seeds.

If you want to try growing the seeds, let the seedpod stay until it is dry, then you can plant the seeds.
