Adenium Firecracker Has White Powdery Spots On Plant

Hi – I’ve already lost one of my beautiful adeniums due to some white powdery substance – all the leaves fell off and none grew in their places. My second one looks like it has the same problem. Is there any thing I can do to save it? See photo Thanks, Carille
