Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI had white stuff on plant. I cut all fronds off and sprayed with dawn soap and water and treated with systemic. It grew back great. I am going to keep treating with systemic but do I need to also keep spraying with soap and water?
