And part of the root is sticking out the small area between planter wall and driveway. should I remove it? it is 80 foot with a big bark

It should be removed. The roots have outgrown its location. It may be possible to replant it. This article should help but you probably can't root prune because of the planter wall. You would likely need professional help for a tree that size.
