Drying plants through the winter.

During the winter pruning process, many plants and bronchi are dry. Are they curative or recommendations to reduce the phenomenon? How is the affected tree taken care of? Thank you very much.

Plants need some water even when dormant. Container plants are particularly prone to drying out which, if severe, can cause plant death. Having just barely moist soil is the goal as too much water will cause root rot. Just inside the bark of cut stems, there should be ring of green. Cut stems should otherwise be white. If you don't see green ring or if the inside of the cut is tan, prune back further. I used Google translate to read your question; try again if I misunderstood. Knowing your location and weather as well as which specific plants are affected helps too.
