Zucchini Squash Is Not Producing Fruit

What do I do? The plants are large, male flowers are blooming, fruit are about the diameter of a pencil, but don’t grow any more than 1 inch long. Blossom rot also occurs. Help!

If they are that small and they are falling off, it sounds like a pollination problem. These articles will help:
