Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comOne of my Zucchini plants has zucchinis that are dimpled. The skin is not smooth like it should be. Doesn’t look like the Zucchini skin is punctured (chewed on), it just looks like it has a lot of indentations. What is wrong with this plant?

Typically, this is caused by damage that the fruit suffered when it was small. It does not affect the fruit in any way that would make it harmful to you.

I agree. The dimples most likely occured when the zucchini was younger and maturing. As long as there are no puncture marks (or chew bites) it is fine to clean and eat.
