zucchini plants

Why do my zucchini plants produce only flowers? I have been using the flowers for frying and eating. I would like to know if I should not pull the flowers and if that is why I’m not getting any zucchini.

First of all, squash plants produce both male and female flowers. The male blossoms do not fruit and these are the ones that you should be harvesting to eat, as they are going to drop off the vine anyway. The female blossoms need to be left alone since these are what eventually turn into fruit.
