This morning my zucchini plants have black bugs and black slime on their leaves. What could be causing this and how to get rid of?

You may have a slime mold or sooty mold, which is feeding off the honeydew produced by the bugs. The bugs are likely aphids. This article will help with them:

Once the aphids are controlled, the slime should go away on its own, but you can get rid of it faster by treating the plant with a fungicide.
