Zucchini Leaves ‘Blotchy’

My zucchini plant seems otherwise healthy, in that it it is growing new leaves and producing blossoms. However, many of the established leaves are becoming ‘blotchy’ or speckled, turning light yellow and drying up. Is this a watering problem? I water daily with a soaker hose. Or is there a disease or insect? I haven’t seen any evidence of insects. . .there are no eggs visible, and the leaves don’t appear to be chewed on.

Could be mildew if the leaves are getting wet.
