Q.Zucchini Disease

I am trying to figure out if my zucchini plant has a disease. I only had one grow and it has a little yellow speckling, but not totally, on one side of the zucchini that’s about 1/3 of the length of the zucchini. There were four other zucchinis from the same plant that got black and wrinkled, like they were bad or something, and we just removed them from the plant. We did use old dish water on them to keep bugs away. Is the dish water good to use or not?
