Zoysia Plugs

Question

I planted Palasades Zoysia plugs a week ago. I have watered them moderately each day but the plugs have turned brown. The plugs have attached themselves to the soil. Will the plugs produce new leaves/stems of grass? Should I apply a 13-13-13 fertilizer?

Watering is vey important with your new grass.
