Zoysia Grass With Bermuda Tiff Grass

I have Bermuda Tiff grass and have some areas where the Bermuda is not doing well due to the shade of trees. I am thinking of planting Zoysia grass in the areas. How will the two grasses do together? I use a reel mower on the Bermuda. Can I use the reel mower on the Zoysia?

You can use a reel mower on zoysia. Most likely, the zoysia will push out the bermuda grass in the areas where it is planted. It is pretty aggressive, but it would take it quite some time before it took over the whole lawn.
