Zoysia Grass Turning Brown

Question

My 3-year established Zoysia lawn has started turning brown in large areas, exacerbating over the last week. I have MultiFlow drainage system in the area involved, so moisture should not be a cause. Leaf has brown areas but no dark brown or rust margin. I’m in Memphis, TN.
