Zoysia Grass

I was thinking of planting Zoysia grass. They say it’s good in warm climates. I live in Santa Maria, Ca. which gets maybe one frost a year, but never gets hot. 70 degree summer days and 50 degree nights in summer are normal. The winter is usually 10 degrees cooler. How do you think the Zoysia plugs will do here?
