zoysia grass

Our grass was put down in early November and has not yet rooted (early February). Should we begin treating the unrooted grass with fertilizer and preemergent chemicals?

This can happen in colder regions. I would not do so at this time. You will want to let it establish before you use anything that might inhibit rooting.
