yucca pruning

I have a large Yucca plant 9′ tall. It is too big for the house and I would like to cut it down to a manageable size. My question is, can I cut as your site says, but without removing it from its pot?

Yes, you can prune your yucca without removing it from the pot. You can just prune what you need to from the plant.
