Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a yucca that’s about 4 ft tall and lovely in our home, but my boyfriend trimmed some leaves off her and now the remaining leaves have gone all floppy and brown in the middle. She also has a little plant growing in her pot. What can I do with her?

It is possible that the plant has either a fungus or root rot. This article will help you determine if it is root rot: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/disease/treating-root-rot-gardening-tips-for-housplants.htm [1] Treat the leaves with fungicide to kill any fungus that may be attacking the plant above the soil.
