Q.yucca plant

Anonymous added on November 5, 2014 | Answered

We bought a yucca plant about a month ago. We were accidentally over watering it because both my partner and I were watering and we lost a few leaves. I have since taken over the care and in the last 2-3 weeks the leaves are slowly turning yellow then dying.

It may have root rot due to the overwatering. This article will help:

In the future, do not water yuccas on a schedule, but rather check them on a schedule. Water only when the soil is dry to the touch when you check them.
