Yucca Not Flowering

I have 2 beautiful yucca plants in my garden. They have been there for years. This year neither of them flowered. Is there something I can do to help them flower for next year? Also, how do you propagate a yuuca plant?

Though they are known to skip years now and then, adding phosphorus, like bone meal, to the soil will help encourage blooming. This article will help with propagation: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/foliage/yucca/propagation-of-yucca-plant.htm [1]
