Yucca

Is it possible to encourage pups by rubbing a
joint? If you rub a stem of a rose you will help to make it sprout. Could I do that to my yucca?

It may help, but it is likely that it will not respond to the treatment. You can take a clean, sharp knife and scrape the are. This might help.
