Your app , subscription, syncing does not work!!

Hi, I am trying to write a journal on your app. I tried to synchronize and was told I have to subscribe. It does not say how long the subscription is for. I did, got the same message again :” please click done “ , I did, it said :” your already payed for this “ . So I tried to synch, got the message :” you must pay for the app before you can synch “ . It offered me to pay again. I clicked , it said :” you already payed, would you like to extend your subscription?” I clicked ok, tried to synch again, got the message :” You must pay for this app if you want to synch...” Really, please fix this ASAP , I am not sure how many times I payed for this app by now , maybe three times? There were never any ads in the first place that could be removed. Still cannot synch. There are also no help pages to be found for your app. I am just being led back to your website .
