Young Zucchini and Pepper Plant Leaf Problems

Both my young zucchini and pepper plant leaves as of today, the edges are a lightish tan and they have dark and some brown dead crunchy spots on them. What can I do to save my plants and what is causing this? Thank you very much for helping me.

They may not be getting enough water. I would increase water to the plants. It is also possible that it is a fungus causing this. Just in case, treat the plants with a fungicide.
