Young New Leaves Of Jasmine Light Green And Mature Buds Falling

Jasmine Plant Problem 1. Young new leaves growing light green past 3 months. Veins are green 2. Buds maturing to flower and dropping before flowering. I checked there is no fungus Or pest attack on the plant or around buds. 3. Watering – regularly. Neither excess nor less 4. Temp – 26 to 35 celcius 5. Sunlight – Morning 6 hrs and then bright shade of sunlight 6. Medium – Sandy very well drained with regular fertilizer

This can be a sign of a few things.

Calcium deficiency comes to mind. Nitrogen deficiency, soil pH imbalances, and overwatering can cause this, as well.

Generally, soil nutrient and pH tests will confirm or rule out those possibilities.

I cannot see the state of the soil from the picture, so I cannot rule out overwatering. The soil must dry out COMPLETELY down to at least 2 or 3 inches so that the roots do not suffocate, which can appear as deficiency.

I would recommend testing your soil for pH swings and deficiencies to rule out those possibilities, first.

If you can rule out those issues, then make sure that you test soil moisture until you are familiar with how the soil should look and feel between waterins.

Ok. Noted.
Can I change the medium ?? Coz I v applied the small doze of Nitrogen and micronutrients for this. Ph not yet checked. Matured buds r also falling
