Young Leaves Curling on Fig

Curling of leaves started in young leaves and procressing to older leaves. Fig is 1 yr. old, potted and out in sun during day. Have not overwatered. Should I repot?

It is likely either a pest problem or a fungus. I am leaning towards a fungus, based on the symptoms. I would recommend treating the tree with neem oil. Neem oil will treat both fungus and pests. Here is more information on it: [1]
