Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comLast winter we had a slight frost and our Yesterday Today and Tomorrow plant got hit. In March, I cut it back quite far. The plant has come back beautifully; however, it’s not producing any flowers. What can I do or is that what to expect when it gets hit by frost?

Here is a link to refresh you on the care requirements.
I would give it another season to bloom after it’s winter damage.
Fertilize in the spring.
