Q.no passion vine blooms

I planted a passion vine a few months ago and it’s growing like a weed but no blooms. Do you know why?

The soil may have more nitrogen than phosphorus, which is responsible for the blooming. Add some phosphorus rich fertilizer or bone meal to the soil to help with flowering.
