Yellowing Zucchini Plants

Question

Help, my zucchini was so beautiful and producing great, then the leaves started turning yellow and dying–like in a matter of two days. I don’t know if I am watering too much or not enough, or do I need to fertilize again? Also, very important–some of my tomatoes have holes. What kind of bug control do I need? Is liquid Sevin Dust safe? No chemicals on my garden thus far.
