Yellowing yuccas

The blades on my yucca plants are turning yellow and getting black spots on them. I have also seen some really tiny black bugs in large clusters on some of the blades. Any advice you could give me would be appreciated.

Usually yellow blades are a result of over-watering or not enough light, but this article may help you narrow it down (and also provides a helpful hint on removing any pests on the blades):
