Yellowing leaves

I have started my seeds indoors and now that they have finally sprouted I Have been placing them outdoors during the day and bringing them indoors at night so they don’t get too cold. Recently while I was at work, there was a quick rain storm so my seedlings took some damage. Now, particularly on my zucchini sprouts a couple leaves have turned yellow! I don’t know if this is because they touched their peat pot soil while wet, or if I inadvertently touched them myself while rushing them inside the day of the storm. Will the yellow leaves spread to my other plants? Will the yellowed leaves kill my zucchini? Is there a cure for this? (There is a chance I caused it by touching as previously stated) I have never started my garden from seeds before… And as it takes a long time I would be extremely disappointed if they all became ruined because I am an amature gardener… Help? I will provide a picture as my plants are still quite young.

There can be a few reasons for yellowing seedlings. In this case it is most likely attributed to water and light.
Your seedlings actually look quite healthy!
