Yellow Upper Leaves on Tomatoes

Nikki – Thanks for your answers. In addition to my bright yellow upper leaves, I now noticed that those leaves are curled and gnarled with the bottom of the leaves turning upward. I’m losing my entire crop. I’ve tried Neem, Malathion and Zaneb. Anything left?
