Yellow stripes on zoysia grass

Question

Zoysia grass is dying in large patches and all the grass has yellow stripes on it. Grass is being watered and has also been sprayed with insecticide and pesticide. Nothing seems to be working and spray techs don’t have a solution. There is also a lot of new construction in the neighborhood with cement dust everywhere. The weather has been hot and dry with very little rain. Trying to find out the problem and a solution.

This is a pattern seen in zoysia grass when it is extremely dry and under fertilized. Water and a nitrogen rich fertilizer should help restore the lawn.
