Yellow Lilac Bush

I planted a yellow lilac bush about 3 years ago and it has never bloomed. It is in full sun. What can I do to get it to bloom?

It is likely a phosphorus deficiency. Fertilize it with a phosphorus rich fertilizer to help it bloom. This article will help:
