Yellow Leaves on a Tomato Plant

I have a very small garden. I have four Goliath tomato plants and on Beefmaster. The leaves on the Beefmaster have started to turn yellow from the stem moving to the tip of the leaf. The whole plant is not involved. The plant was green and lush just two or three days ago. In fact, I did not notice it when I watered yesterday. How can I tell if it is a fungus or disease or a problem with grub worms? Should I treat for both?
