Yellow Hibiscus Leaves

Four of my hibiscus trees have developed yellow leaves suddenly. I had heard of adding vinegar to my water to treat this but don’t know the ratio. Is this a good treatment for my problem?

I would not use vinegar on the plant. This can harm it.
