yellow & falling leaves

Planted new Rose of Sharon 5 days ago and some leaves are turning yellow and falling off. Is this normal, or can I do something to correct?

Plants often lose some leaves because of the stress of changed environment and soil moisture. Make sure to water your plant well every couple of days for the first 2 or 3 weeks, then every week for the next 2 or 3 months.
