Q.Yellow Bells (Tecoma Stans) Post-trim Issue

Zone 92802 | 2018Anaheim added on May 10, 2023 | Answered

Trimmed Yellow Bells shrub back in March. When it started putting out new growth it got really cold. Regrowth is now black and dead. No new growth anywhere at this point. Is there still a chance it will recuperate?
